Springfield man identified in I-55 incident

The McLean County Coroner has released more information about the shooting incident on I-55 near Lexington over the weekend.

Trayvon C. Little, 37, of Springfield was pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary autopsy results indicate Little died from multiple gunshot wounds and toxicology tests are pending.

The incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office, Illinois State Police Division of Internal Investigation and the McLean County State’s Attorney’s office.
