Rain doesn't stop sale
A little rain on Saturday didn't dampen the spirits of those attending the annual Chenoa Community Sale.
Plenty of people were spotted downtown Saturday morning browsing the various items. The donation lot was auctioned first with the proceeds benefiting the Chenoa 4th of July Committee. Buyers were required to register at City Hall as registration started early in the morning.
Baked goods and snacks were sold by the Chenoa Women's Club and Chenoa Firemen grilled pork chops for lunch.
