One person has died following a two-vehicle crash involving a semi.
State Police District Six troopers responded to U.S. 24 at McLean County Road 2480 East, west of Chenoa, Monday morning. All police are saying is that there was a confirmed fatality but no name has been released. The roadway was shut down in both directions for a time after the crash was reported at 7:54 a.m. and was reopened around 12:20 p.m.
A news release from State Police said no further information is available at this time.
