James G. “Jerry” Page, 69, of Chenoa passed away at 4:44 pm, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.


Funeral mass will be 11am, Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chenoa; with Fr. David Sabel officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, rural Chenoa. 


Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass 10 to 11 am, also at the church in Chenoa. Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa is in charge of arrangements.


In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Livingston County Humane Society, Pontiac.


Mr. Page was born August 12, 1955 in Pontiac; a son to James Henry and Margaret Theresa (Corrigan) Page. He married Julie “Penny” Mowery on July 10, 1987 in Chenoa. She preceded him in death on October 5, 2019.   His parents and two sisters, Mary Kay Page and Sandy Durham also preceded him in death.


Survivors include four step-daughters, Charlene (Jeff) Barker of Mesa, AZ; Christine (Greg) Monical of Pontiac; LaVonne (Tom) Shilson of Chenoa; and Alona (Todd) Farney of Pontiac; three sisters, Patti (Dave) Dini of Davis, IL; Janice Sue (John) Golliday of Pontiac; Cherry (Joe) Cole of Pontiac; 12 grandchildren, Devra (Jesse) McNeely, Jacob (Christina) Field, Kevin Cook, Joseph (Kendra) Field, Sarah Cook, Brandi (Joe) Rainbolt, Briana (Billy) Tyes, Kayla (Rob) Ramseyer, Kyle Monical, Kendra Farney, Parker Shilson and Collin Monical; and 20 great-grandchildren.


Jerry was a 1974 graduate of Pontiac Twp. High School.  He enjoyed working out in his yard, making everything look as nice as possible.  He would make sure each holiday, that decorations be put out and everything was looking good.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
