A full-line floral business is open in downtown Chenoa.
Blessings from Above offers wire services, FTD, Teleflora, primitive antiques, farm house décor and four different candle lines.
“I owned Bell’s Flower Basket 15 years ago so I’ve been doing craft sales and have been a florist for the last 25 years,” said owner Marci Bell-Curtis.
The new floral business at 133 Veto Street has been open since November 1. While Bell-Curtis has been experiencing the holiday rush as of late, she is looking forward to Valentine’s Day and encourages customers to place orders early.
“I deliver from El Paso to Chatsworth and Odell to Bloomington-Normal,” Bell-Curtis adds.
Most people know who Bell-Curtis is since she has been in Chenoa for almost 40 years. She said she is excited about opening the downtown business and looks forward to seeing more familiar faces come through the door.
